AnlianFitness (“AnlianFitness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the AnlianFitness mobile application (the “App”) and the AnlianFitness.com website (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use the App, visit the Website, create an account, purchase or manage a subscription, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

By using the App, Website, or related services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We take the privacy and security of your information seriously and strive to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and protect our services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with AnlianFitness.

Account Information

When you create or use an AnlianFitness account, we may collect information such as:

• User identifier

• Account authentication information

• First and last name

• Other profile information you choose to provide

Passwords and authentication credentials may be processed through third-party authentication and infrastructure providers and are not intended to be accessible to AnlianFitness in plain text.

Fitness and Workout Information

If you use the App's workout and training features, we may collect information you voluntarily enter or generate through use of the App, including:

• Workout history

• Exercises performed

• Sets and repetitions

• Weight lifted

• Training volume

• Workout duration

• Training program participation and progress

• Exercise performance

• Personal records

• Workout drafts

• Other fitness-related information you choose to log

We use this information to provide workout tracking, training programs, progress analysis, analytics, training history, performance insights, and related App functionality.

Nutrition Information

If you use the App's nutrition features, we may collect information you voluntarily enter or generate, including:

• Foods logged

• Meal information

• Calories

• Macronutrients

• Micronutrients

• Nutrition targets

• Dietary tracking history

• Calorie and macronutrient calculator inputs

• Nutrition-related goals and preferences

We use this information to provide nutrition tracking, analysis, target monitoring, nutrient information, trends, and related App functionality.

Information You Provide Through Forms or Communications

If you contact us, subscribe to communications, submit feedback, request support, or otherwise provide information through the Website or App, we may collect:

Device, Technical, and Usage Information

When you use the Website or App, certain technical information may be collected automatically depending on the services and technologies used.

• App or Website usage information

• Pages or screens viewed

2. AnlianFitness Pro, Subscriptions, and Purchase Information

AnlianFitness offers paid features through AnlianFitness Pro, including an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple's App Store.

When you purchase or restore an AnlianFitness Pro subscription on iOS, payment processing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account. AnlianFitness does not receive or store your complete payment-card information from Apple.

We may receive or process information associated with your subscription, such as:

• The subscription or product purchased

• Purchase and transaction information

• Subscription status

• Trial status

• Renewal and expiration information

• Purchase or receipt information

• Entitlement information indicating whether premium features should be available

• An application or customer identifier

• Information necessary to restore or validate a purchase

• Related device, platform, locale, and technical information

We use this information to process and validate subscriptions, determine whether you are entitled to AnlianFitness Pro features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and maintain subscription-related records.

Apple independently processes purchases and other App Store activity according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

3. RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat, a service provided by RevenueCat, Inc., to help manage in-app subscriptions, purchase validation, subscription status, and access to AnlianFitness Pro.

When you purchase, restore, or use a subscription, RevenueCat may process information relating to your transaction and subscription, including purchase history, receipt or transaction information, subscription products, entitlement status, an application user identifier, and certain device or technical information.

RevenueCat processes this information to help validate purchases, maintain subscription status, determine access to paid features, prevent fraud, provide subscription functionality, and provide subscription-related analytics to AnlianFitness.

RevenueCat states that its SDK processes purchase history and may process a user identifier depending on how an app identifies customers. RevenueCat does not itself collect users' payment information through its SDK.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected through AnlianFitness to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts

• Provide workout logging and training functionality

• Provide structured training programs

• Provide nutrition logging and nutrition analysis

• Calculate and display fitness and nutrition analytics

• Track training-program progress

• Display workout history and personal records

• Save user preferences and nutrition targets

• Process and validate AnlianFitness Pro subscriptions

• Determine whether a user is entitled to premium features

• Restore eligible purchases

• Maintain subscription and entitlement status

• Prevent subscription or payment-related fraud

• Operate and maintain the App and Website

• Provide customer support

• Respond to questions, feedback, and requests

• Diagnose bugs and technical problems

• Improve the functionality, reliability, and user experience of AnlianFitness

• Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security threats

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

• Enforce our Terms of Use and protect our legal rights

We do not intend to use your workout or nutrition information for purposes unrelated to providing, securing, supporting, or improving AnlianFitness without appropriate notice or consent where required.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate AnlianFitness, including providers of:

• Cloud hosting and databases

• User authentication

• Application infrastructure

• Subscription management and purchase validation

• Analytics

Our providers may include services such as Apple for App Store distribution and billing and RevenueCat for subscription management and purchase validation.

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of AnlianFitness, our users, or others

6. Apple App Store

The AnlianFitness App may be distributed through the Apple App Store.

Apple may independently collect and process information relating to App Store downloads, purchases, subscriptions, your device, and your Apple account according to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Purchases of AnlianFitness Pro made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. AnlianFitness does not control Apple's independent collection or processing of information.

The privacy information disclosed for AnlianFitness in the App Store is intended to reflect the data practices of the App and relevant third-party services used by the App. If our practices change, we may update both our App Store privacy disclosures and this Privacy Policy.

Apple separately requires developers to provide a privacy-policy URL and accurately describe their app's data-handling practices in App Store Connect.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure.

Information may be stored or processed using third-party cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication systems, and other service providers.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, wireless network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the App and related services

• Maintain your account

• Provide subscription and purchase functionality

• Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy

• Comply with legal obligations

• Resolve disputes

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Maintain security

• Enforce our agreements

Information associated with an account may be deleted or anonymized when the account is deleted, subject to information that we or our service providers are legally permitted or required to retain.

Certain subscription and transaction records may also be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers according to their respective legal obligations, retention practices, and privacy policies.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your AnlianFitness account and associated personal information.

Where available, account deletion may be initiated directly through the App. You may also contact us at david@anlianfitness.com for assistance with an account or privacy request.

When an account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

Certain de-identified, aggregated, backup, security, transaction, or legally required records may remain for a limited or legally required period.

Deleting your AnlianFitness account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. App Store subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the user's Apple account or Apple's subscription-management functionality.

10. Cookies and Website Technologies

The Website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate functionality, maintain security, remember preferences, and understand Website usage.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality.

11. Links to Other Websites and Services

The Website or App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AnlianFitness.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you use.

12. Children's Privacy

AnlianFitness is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

AnlianFitness does not sell personal information.

Where applicable law provides additional rights regarding targeted advertising, profiling, sharing, or other processing, we will honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to:
